MEET JEFF BOEBINGER
LOCAL LEADERSHIP. COMMUNITY FIRST.
Jeff Boebinger has called Altamonte Springs home for 32 years, including 28 years in the same neighborhood on Oak Hill Drive. His roots in this community run deep, and much of his adult life has been spent working, serving, volunteering, and raising his family here.
Jeff grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio, and attended high school in Buffalo, New York, before completing both fire academy and police academy training. His professional career includes 20 years with International Trucks and the past 13 years with Dana Safety Supply.
But Jeff's connection to Altamonte Springs extends well beyond his professional life.
For approximately 14 years, he helped lead and organize his neighborhood, working directly with residents on the issues affecting their community. For more than a decade, Jeff also helped lead the annual Santa Run with Station 14, a tradition that brought neighbors, families, and first responders together throughout the community.
Jeff has also spent years serving Altamonte Springs through local government and regional planning.
He served on the City of Altamonte Springs Code Enforcement Board for more than four years, including two years as Chairman. That experience gave him a firsthand understanding of how city policies affect residents, neighborhoods, property owners, and businesses.
He also served for approximately three years as Altamonte Springs' representative on the MetroPlan Orlando Citizens Advisory Committee, giving him additional experience with regional transportation, infrastructure, growth, and long-term planning issues.
Jeff is a widower, father of three, and grandfather of one.
After more than three decades in Altamonte Springs, he is running for City Commission because he believes the city's future should be shaped by people who understand its neighborhoods, its residents, and the responsibility that comes with public service.
Jeff's approach is simple:
- Listen to residents.
- Protect what makes Altamonte special.
- Support strong public safety.
- Manage growth responsibly.
- Respect taxpayers.
- And make sure City Hall remains accountable to the people it serves.
Jeff with his family
“I believe residents deserve a City Commission that listens first, manages responsibly, and always remembers who City Hall works for.”

A STRONGER ALTAMONTE
Focused on the issues that affect our everyday lives.
AFFORDABLE LIVING
Altamonte should remain a community where families, seniors and working residents can afford to live. Jeff supports responsible budgeting, careful review of city spending and policies that recognize the financial pressure residents are already facing. Government should look for efficiencies before asking residents to pay more.
SAFE NEIGHBORHOODS
Public safety is one of the most fundamental responsibilities of local government. Jeff supports our police, first responders and practical investments that help keep Altamonte neighborhoods safe. Residents should never have to choose between responsible government and safe communities.
SMART GROWTH
Growth should improve a community, not overwhelm it. Development decisions should consider traffic, infrastructure, drainage, public services, neighborhood character and the long-term quality of life of existing residents. Altamonte can welcome economic opportunity while protecting the community people already love.
ACCOUNTABLE LEADERSHIP
Residents deserve to understand how and why decisions are made. Jeff supports transparency, accessible leadership and meaningful opportunities for residents to participate before major decisions are finalized. City Hall works for the people.
ALTAMONTE FIRST.
GOOD GOVERNMENT IS LOCAL.
Local government touches our lives every day.
Our roads. Our neighborhoods. Our parks. Our public safety. Our utilities. Our businesses. Our property. Our quality of life.
That is why City Commission decisions matter.
Jeff believes every major decision should begin with one question: “Is this good for the people of Altamonte Springs?”
LISTEN FIRST
Residents should have a meaningful voice in decisions affecting their neighborhoods and community.
PROTECT WHAT WORKS
Preserve essential services and the qualities that make Altamonte Springs a desirable place to live.
PLAN RESPONSIBLY
Think beyond the next budget cycle and make decisions that protect Altamonte for the next generation.
